I was ordered cinnamon crunch bgl & 2 coffee. I was waiting 20 minutes for bagel! I was not ready! Other take out customers come & go. My order was not ready. No body talk to me why take too much time ? I own the restaurant (Ledo pizza Waldrof). I know how to take care customers. I don’t know what kind of customer service it was ?

Not sure why this location is so bad, but it is! My husband and I have picked up food twice. The first time my husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and the service was very slow. The second time we placed an online order for a baker's dozen bagels. After we got home and inspected our purchase we realized that what we received were not actually bagels. They were more like buns. A step was definitely missed when preparing those "bagels". Some training is definitely needed for the workers at this location.

I'm a loyal "national" fan and customer of Paneras.Whatever state in the nation I'm in, if there's a Paneras, I'm going there.Why? Because the food is consistently well prepared, the menu selections are consistently delicious and nutritious with rotational seasonal specials. They also readily accommodate special dietary menu change requests when possible.The newly opened (March 2024) Paneras in our area is located west of Crain Hwy/301 on Berry Rd next to the delicious Silver Diner Restaurant. ?Enjoy!

My sister picked me up some soup from here (cream chicken & rice soup) and when I got halfway through the bowl I found a piece of plastic in it. I took a spoonful and went to swallow it until I felt something weird in my mouth.. so I pulled it out and it was a piece of plastic. The soup was very good otherwise but the plastic threw me off.
