I waited in the drive through for a simple order of mild nuggets and fries for 25 minutes as my 8 year old just HAD to have it. Upon arriving to the window after the wait, I see a crew of at least 8 employees just standing around waiting... I received the wrong order. I ordered mild nuggets with fries and received spicy nuggets with red beans and rice/ Mac and cheese. Located inside the food court of St. Charles Town Centre, great popeyes food. Excellent customer service. Took a little longer than usual, but the food taste so fresh, was definitely worth the wait. I would prefer to come to this location then the other locations with drive-thru.

I hit this place up almost once a week. I have rarely had any problems and any time that I have, the problems were quickly resolved in a courteous and respectful manner. The staff is friendly and the food is always good.
