Every single time I come here, there's a problem... the card machines aren't reading, the drink machine isn't working z they've run out of chicken... and believe it or not, a few years ago a woman was so fed up with the workers attitudes in this place, she drove her car right through the front door of the building! Now that's extreme and uncalled for...but I do understand the frustration with this place! It's horrible! It's well worth it to drive another 8 minutes up the road and visit the location in LaPlata... they never get my orders wrong, the staff are much more professional and friendly... and they've never run out of food or had card reader issues when I've visited.

This location has got to be the absolute worst, it’s always hit or miss. You could get exactly what you ordered, but of poor quality or not at all what you ordered and decently put together. When you call up to this location to confront an issue and try to resolve it, they always answer giggling with no professionalism at all whatsoever. I’m pretty sure most of the managers are still in high school and it shows. They take no accountability and are not afraid to argue with the customers. I am beyond fed up with the disrespect. They handle food recklessly, don’t fill up their drinks even halfway before sending it off to a dasher or to their customers, the food is incorrect, sloppy and/or disgusting. It’s time for this location to be shut down, most of the employees should be focusing on their school work anyway?

My boyfriend ordered a normal crunchwrap supreme, no changes or anything, and they literally forgot to put the meat and tomatoes in. He had a crunchwrap with just the lettuce, sour cream and hard shell inside.

Dreaded Dinosaur

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Been waiting over 20 min for an app order that is listed as “ready” to pick up. But employee s have time to take personal calls, make food for friends that bring them a charge cord for their phone. Ffs.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Decided to order from here via door dash since I had a credit, and usually I receive fast service with this location, however, as you can see from the pic, the experience was very unsatisfactory! Called the night manager who refused to give his name, which I will find out by the way soon, in which he stated it was not his problem that his workers gave me a breakfast burrito, and not a steak burrito combo which I ordered through the app. No accountability taken on behalf of his workers, as a manager he did not practice conflict resolution considering the complete order was wrong. Door dash did not make the food, your workers did! They need to shut down this location because it’s ongoing issues, bad service, children as managers, and bad attitudes when calling to address the problem. I will gladly be reporting him to corporate to inform them of the back and forth arguing the manager did with a customer.
