Our first time visiting Walls Bakery was last Sunday 03/03/24. We got a couple donuts and my goodness, they were delicious! We got one that was covered in chocolate and filled in the middle with white buttercream! Wow, this thing was gigantic and so so good! We also got a lemon danish and it was pretty phenomenal as well! Coming home from the cruise we were on we stopped again this morning (03/10/24). We got the one I just mentioned that was covered in chocolate filled with buttercream, a cinnamon bun, a cinnamon twist and a couple of eclairs. We brought these home to our kids so they could try them and they completely destroyed them all - well, we gave one of the eclairs to our neighbors because frankly we had so much! The next time I'm passing through the area I will DEFINITELY be stopping here and picking up some more treats! I almost forgot to mention the lady behind the counter helping us. She was so friendly and bubbly. I have no complaints about either of my visits - between the prices, the taste and the service, I've become a believer in Walls Bakery!

This is a great authentic bakery. I brought two dozen doughnuts to work and everyone loved them. Their pastries are much better than any local chain. You will not regret choosing to go here.
Young lady who waited on me was very personable, & polite. The store was very clean. Wide assortment of baked goods. I will return.

Honestly, Walls Bakery has the best cakes. Unfortunately, the owner/manager is a horrible person. His customer service is terrible. The other workers are super helpful and nice. Messed up my cake order three times, today making it the third. I'm very specific with how I want my cake to look. The first time I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and I wanted a blue cake, they made it white. The second time, I wanted a light blue cake for my son's birthday, and asked for the WHOLE cake to be light blue and the inscription to be dark blue. They added dark blue borders. I couldn't use the cake toppers I wanted because it made the cake too busy. I ordered my birthday cake for today and for my dinner on Saturday. I specifically showed them the shade of pink I wanted for today as they had the exact color in the store. I got to the store and the cake was a different shade of pink. I asked for a gold inscription as well. They used orange. The other ladies at the store said they don't have gold so why did the person that took the order, agree to make it gold? The decorator read the order and could have called to let me know they don't use gold and ask what color I'd like. The manager came out and was so rude and unpleasant. No apology. He said he can give me a discount, or I can just take the cake. Didn't even wait for me to make a decision before getting mad that we thought he was unpleasant. He shouldn't speak to his customers the way he did. He grabbed the cake and asked the clerk to give me a refund for my cake today and the one on Saturday. How do you treat customers that way? Especially if you guys messed the cake up!!! He made it seem like we were just complaining for no reason. I paid for the cake, so I will complain if it's not how I wanted it. I've also heard how he speaks to his employees, over the phone and in person and it is awful. Do better!!

What a great bakery in the Waldorf area the glazed doughnuts are huge the danishes and very big eclairs this place is delicious! Great customer service go support this small bakery!❤️
