Using the Firehouse App we ordered 5 subs, and one had special instructions. Picked up Sunday at 11:30am. Lots of mistakes, special instructions ignored and this is not the first time. Just the first time, I’m leaving a review on it. After spending $67 on 5 subs….Would be great if employees cared about what they were doing. Having pride in getting in right and giving good customer service, is a dying breed.
I’ve been here a few times. It’s usually a pretty neutral experience. I like the subs so I’ll go once in a while. I went on a Sunday at 6;00 pm. They’re open until 9. The door was locked , and there was an employee moping the floor in the dining room. I checked the door to confirm it was supposed to be open. The door said 9 pm. There was no sign on the door with an explanation, and I was ignored by staff who saw me and heard me as well.

The food is great, but they seem to have a problem with inventory. My husband and I have been there multiple times when they were out of cheese or meatballs or something common. Just my two cents.
