Busy location, good food and good service. I did get milk that was funky though. The place was busy, but we were seated quickly. My pancakes were good, and my husband liked his food as well.
I'm often picky, even if politely so. It is not uncommon that by the time my food reaches me, much of my request has been lost somewhere in translation. I was pleased to find this IHOP took a certain amount of pride in their service, and was pretty on point with my order. The service was polite and professional, and the food was good and plentiful.

We had the turkey with mashed potatoes and the fried fish chips, both from the 55+ menu. The turkey meal was very good, but the fish and fries were very greasy, to the point where the fries were soggy, and oil would puddle on the plate when the fish was cut open. This won't deter me from going there again, but I wouldn't order the fried fish again.
