A little disappointed at Chipotle in Augusta tonight. We frequent there quite a bit. My husband ordered a bowl with Barbacoa. The person making it didn’t put very much meat on it so he asked for a little more. Well he never mentioned if he put extra on it they would charge an extra $4.45 to the bill!!!! Didn’t know this until we checked out and by then it’s kinda to late unless you ask to make another which with a line of people behind you would be not very nice!Just sayin...read full review
BE NICE TO THE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! I can not stress this enough yeah things might not be back to normal completely but they are back and they are all trying so hard to keep things going. I just went in today for lunch and orders four bowls Togo I had to have special accommodations since I have a food allergy and they were all so positive and nice to me. They made sure I was taken care of and felt welcomed and honestly left me with a huge smile ? I hope everyone working today sees...read full review

I love Chipotle. But this location is closed today. I placed an online order and when I arrived I discovered they're closed. They could've place some sort of sign up. Not cool
