Way too noisy and crowded. There is some random, albeit EXTREMELY obnoxious habit of them turning the music up so loud that the server is screaming at you, you can see their lips moving and can barely hear a sound every now and again. I do love this restaurant chain. However when I eat here, the food is always cooked on the rare side. No matter how I ask for it my steak is bloody..... The wait staff is excellent, and always friendly.
