Food and service are top notch for bangor. I enjoy eating here as much as I enjoy a hot bowl of lobster bisque. But between you and me, we all know they buy the taste of inspirations brand, warm it up and throw a couple chunks of lobster in there and call it a day
I travel for work and I like that Timber is inside of the hotel. I try to get down to the restaurant by 5:50/6 as usually hopping.This time I ordered the salmon and Timber salad with fresh greens, blueberries, apples and citrus balsamic vinegar dressing. The salad was fresh and delish! I ordered the salmon medium and it was! I love Israeli couscous and it was mixed with lots of veggies but it was served cold/room temp. It was incongruent though compared to the hot salmon and broccolini....read full review
