I stopped at Amato's with an appetite after spending the day at a training workshop for work. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. I decided to get a personal plain cheese pizza.The pizza featured a thin, crispy crust and a delicious sauce. Went to Amato's for the first time for a simple quick lunch and was glad we did. I had the sausage parmigiana hot sub and it was delicious. The sausage had a fresh snap when you bit into it and a great flavor with just the right amount a fennel - a true old school Italian sweet sausage! My wife had the eggplant parmigiana hot sub and it was amazing! The flavor was the best that we've had in a long time. We'll be back and I'm getting an eggplant parmigiana dinner!
