Ordered two Biggie Bags combos with Double Stacks. While the fries and nuggets were ok, the Double Stacks were horrible and I had to refrain from asking "Where's the beef?". Why? Because on both sandwiches, the burgers were about as thick as a stick of gum and see through in places such that the cheese between the two patties was visible. Got there just after one, and the crew seemed to be having trouble outside of their control with product. Despite this, I have helped quickly and even had some ketchup thrown in that I didn't ask for, but I am happy to have received it. Always a good experience.

The food is always good and usually hot. The service is very friendly. My only problem is that it doesn't look as clean as I would hope. I understand how difficult it must be, but that would be the managers responsible for making sure of that.
