Went in for a late-ish dinner. The food was good and fairly priced. Plenty of parking at this time of the night on a Monday - Maine Street can get busy. I had chicken tikka and my friend had chicken tikka masala. While the chicken was a bit dry, it tasted good. We shared garlic naan. Always delicious. I have been coming here for many years now and have seen the restaurant go through renovations and many faces come and go but the food has always been excellent. This is a small family owned business and the staff are all very friendly. If you are looking for an authentic Indian experience and meal, you don’t have to look any further than Bombay Mahal!

We went on a day when they had no power all day and it had just come back. Amazing and polite people. I was surprised to find authentic Indian food in Maine !! Good portion size. The restaurant was clean with homely and calm ambience.
