The hours online said it was open - it was not. We traveled to the island, walked 1.5 hr to get to the restaurant and it was closed! If this is a seasonal establishment this needs to be reflected on google, we would not have come to the island is we knew there was nothing open. Also no ubers or lift. If you do not bring your car on the ferry you will be walking A LOT.

They were slammed by 50 plus people from a tournament and they did not miss a beat! Bartenders were amazing and kept it coming and the food was excellent. Haddock sandwich was delicious and all of the servi g staff remained friendly and patient!

OK, this isn't a 5-star restaurant, it's a solid 3-star place and I'm giving it 5 starts for that. Unexpectedly low prices for a coastal island restaurant, enormous servings of delicious food, and a 'staff of personality' like something out of a sitcom that'll make you want to tip extra just for having met them. They serve ice cream, and 'adult' sundaes with a shot of your choice of spirit or liqueur, or just a blob in your coffee. The locally famous May Hall is herself a vegetarian, so there's always alternative dishes planned, yet she cooks meat like a carnivore. If you get there early enough, and they've managed to keep whatever obnoxiously toothsome dessert from the ravenous clutches of the dishwasher, you can have an obnoxiously toothsome dessert May has created. Live music most every weekend, and occasional in-house entertainments like karaoke and Pub Trivia, or just hanging with the colorful locals, it's a great place to visit. If you're touring the islands in Casco Bay, make sure to swing by when they're open.

Good people getting together for great seafood, salads, pizza, cocktails and company. Great ambiance and the live music is the beat! They even have karaoke nights and pub trivia.

Delicious brunch with homemade donuts and very speedy, friendly service. Lots of outdoor seating too! Was a nice stop on our bike ride and only about 15 minutes from the ferry

Great small local place serving very good comfort food with specials, I'm especially addicted to their haddock dishes and turkey, beef and Italian dishes along with excellent desserts and ice cream during the open hours. The Sunday brunch along with incredible donuts and pastries are a new well received addition. Like all food establishments there might be an occasional glitch, especially during these difficult times, but if they and a couple ancillary businesses I'd have to move off island. Thanks to May and her hardworking staff
