Typical HOP. Had take out. Phone and pickup customer service was good. Baked pasta with meatballs and sausage was real good. Should have come with bread but no bread in the bag ?♂️. Oh well, no worries on my end with all the carb loading from the pasta itself!
Food has become poorly made, poorly cooker and I do not understand why the staff does not wear hair nets working in the kitchen. Very disappointed in some of the language and behaviors that the Staff have shown while we have been there picking up orders or there ordering. Company becoming too big and forgetting the little guys that helped make it grow. Prices are rather ridiculous for the portion sizes.

Phenomenal food, excellent customer service. Consistently one of the best places around. You will be hard pressed to find anyone making better food in this area. A little on the pricy side, but WELL worth eating here.
