“Don't drive by. This is worth the stop. We had lunch - North Country Canadian Bacon, Turkey, Cabot Cheddar, Maple Mustard, Lemon Aioli & Lettuce on Borealis Bread, Wrap or Udi's GF Bread sandwich and my husband had a salad with fresh greens and fresh turkey and a balsamic dressing. All made in house. They even roast their own coffee and make their own tea blends. Their bakery items - scones and cookies looked amazing. We'll be back!”
“This place is such a hidden gem!!!! I can't believe it was my first time in. Super great atmosphere for sports events, beyond friendly waitstaff and top notch quality food. The portions for the price are perfect. We've been trying to find a restaurant with a kids meal that had enough food to actually feed our kids and we found it. Highly recommend stopping in”
“Love that the shakes can be made with soy protein instead of whey but they are not very consistent flavor wise. It always depends on who's making them. The caffeine teas are wonderful!! And give me a lot of energy.”
“The pulled pork nachos were so freaking good and a huge portion! Layered to perfection. We ended up getting a flight and the beers we all delicious. This place is perfect for a date or family. Good VIBES!”
“I love stopping by Sabina's to pick up lunch on my way to work. The staff is awesome, the pizza's great, their Greek salad is killer and the chicken tenders are the best around. Also try their Mexican eats, they're very tasty!”
“Employees at this dunkind donuts were great employees and gave great service store was pretty clean unlike most dunkins I'd definitely go back to this dunkin and made my white chocolate ice late it tasted way better than most dunkins as well thanks dunkins!!Parking: Free parking and quite a few spots as well as handicap spots if neededKid-friendliness: Definitely great place to bring your kiddos for a treat”
“What a gem! Although we are "regulars" of the Kittery food and drink scene we hadn't made it here until a wintery Friday night. Cozy vibe, extremely friendly, attentive, creative staff. The Bourbon lovers in our crowd praised "A fist in the mouth of time" and "Something for Timmy". The gin drinkers loved "Text me Ishmael" and the tequila lovers loved "Jupiter Jazz". We managed to sample a cocktail created by each of the mixologists working... we coverd a lot of the menu territory but there is still much more to explore. We're definitely coming back. Thanks to the team of talented folks behind the bar.”
“I get my food for take out but the inside is great place to it. The food is delicious I have gotten the wraps chicken, Adana and kofte and the lamb kebab dinner all great. Wish they were open more though. I’d stop in for lunch every time I’m in the area. Great people too very friendly. The waitress is prob the most beautiful person I have ever meet. No joke.”
“Not terrible. I had the surf and turf with filet and lobster tail. It was not terrible lobster, but it was a little tough which was surprising given the location and the about $80 that the plate costed. The steak was a little better but could have used more flavor. Over-all not bad, but the plate should have been more at a $45 price point relative to its quality. I would say keep the higher price and improve the plate.”
“Let me tell you EVERYTHING was perfect! Our server Morgan made a killer cocktail and had a refreshing personality. Every single bite from appetizers - mains was absolutely superb! The scallops were cooked a perfect medium rare absolutely melt in your mouth, hands down the best I’ve ever had at an establishment. I left very full and very very happy! Absolutely cannot wait to return and am recommending to everyone.”
“I cannot say enough about how happy I was that Popovers was closed on Tuesday. My wife and I were originally intending on going there, and needed to find an alternative. We stumbled upon Elephantine. Wow! We walked into this charming little cafe and were transported to Paris. The products looked delicious, and we soon found out that they didn’t only look delicious. The young lady, who was serving us, was exceptionally friendly and added to our pleasure. We ordered a yogurt, with, as I can recall, a pistachio, brittle granola, sliced fruit, honey and so on. We also wanted to just try some of their bread in toast form so I asked if we could order something that wasn’t on the menu. We just ordered some sourdough bread and wanted to have it with butter and jelly. The server promptly made it happen. The food was delivered and all of it was prepared at a very high level. Everything was not only prepared well in terms of ingredients and quality of the food, but it was also cooked/displayed nicely. The medley of food, atmosphere, and music made for the nicest breakfast I have had in a long time. We would recommend this shining star to anyone! The Elephantine is top notch!”
“Delicious creative food; family friendly clean and fun. Loved everything. Cauliflower, bao, rice cakes delicious - and buttered pasta for kids was a huge hit. Love love love.”
“The absolute attention to detail is something you never knew that you needed in your dining experience until you have had the pleasure of dining at Massimos. The new chef is absolutely stellar. The sommelier is the best in Portsmouth.”
“Best food in Somersworth hands down. Family run, incredible meals, and a screen that shows you the menu in picturesHighly recommend the Beef Rendang, Spring Rolls (Lumpia Semarang), Pork Egg Noodles (Mie Casiu) & Chicken Kebob w/ Peanut Sauce (Sate Ayam)”
“I have been here several times. And the ambiance is always great. The staff is great. I have had the duck, land, and steak, they were all delicious. The French onion soup is really good. Everything I have ordered here has not disappointed in taste. You can spend $100 on one person with food and drinks. But you should come here for the food and experience not the price if that matters to you.”
“This place was jumping!! Line wrapped fully around the counter and out the door! And their food explains why! From their pastries to their pizza everything was so tasty! We also got this sausage with jalapeño and cheddar cheese wrapped in a melt in your mouth croissant! It was so delicious! I ate all my food before thinking of taking a picture because it was that tasty! oh ya, and don’t forget to try one of their house made crullers!”
“Decided to try something new with my work crew, and got recommendations that Durbar was great. As soon as I walked in, everyone was super friendly and personable, and the atmosphere was calming and comfortable. The smells and decorations really put me in a good mood and ready to try the food. We ordered a little bit of everything, so we could try as much as possible, and that was without a doubt a great idea because everything (yes everything) was fantastic. Tried all the sides and desserts, and a good variety of the entrees, and my goodness...what a excellent experience, it was legitimately all so delicious, nobody tried anything they didn't like. 100% will be coming back and continuing to spread the word at work because this made our week.Kid-friendliness: While I was there, everyone was very kind and courteous. A younger child came in to pick up some food with her dad and was treated very nicely and respectfully, and engaged with at her level. She seemed super excited to get her rice pudding, and I know why now, it's amazing.”
“The Puddle Dock was pretty much exactly as I expected, considering how much I had looked into it ahead of time. The entire reason for going was for the rarebit my boss had informed me of during a discussion about foods I had grown up with. The food was all incredible and was interesting to see the inside of the building since I had grown up going to Strawberry Bank as a child and getting pickles from a pickle barrel when it was a store. The post and beam structure still looks incredible and the layout of the bar is extremely well done. The atmosphere that is given was extremely laid back. The one thing that took away, for me, was a few of the wait staff that had come by have an arrogance when speaking to you that is a bit off putting. It is clear that it is not all of them but enough to discourage.I had an old fashioned, the rarebit which came with bits of duck, brussel sprouts and a fried egg on top as an appetizer and the Shepard's pie as a meal. The Shepard's pie came out with a crust making it look more like pot pie but added a wonderful texture to it. The flavor was incredible though be warned of how hot that dish is and how long it will need to cool. Definitely worth the visit and experience.”
“This place is pretty rad. My gf and I were looking for a cool spot for lunch (she's vegetarian, I'm not) and we found this joint. Sat at the bar, our server Lindsey was present but not looming, helpful but not pushy and kinda funny. Cocktail menu seemed new w names like "almost summer" and a solid beer list. The menu is broad enough that there were MANY options for each of us, and the portions were average to large. Whoever said the portions were small needs to stop ordering off the kids menu. Good music that you can recognize but always in the background. Just a cool, funky joint w great food. Eat here.”
“We have just had the best breakfast here, the best since we landed in Boston last week! Very tasty food, I would highly recommend this lovely cafe! First day it opened too! I wish them luck for the future!”
“I came here from out of state to gather with family for a baby shower and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! The food here is AMAZING and the ambiance is homey and cozy. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff :) this place is a local GEMVegetarian options: The avocado toast and mushroom tartine were to die for”
“Best Moe’s location. Food was perfectly made, service was impeccable. Chicken, meatball, cold cuts were all perfect. We got a party platter for take out. Would go again!!”
“This is the best coffee roaster in the seacoast by a longshot, and yes, I've really tried them all. Their beans are great and the baristas really know how to make a good shot of espresso, which is not so common in this area. It's refreshing to not be asked what "size" I want my cappuccino. Keep up the great work.”
“This absolutely phenomenal I had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with avocado. Also, iced lavender latte splendidly delicious. I would definitely recommend and coming back AGAIN!”
“Thanksgiving sub was delicious! My husband also enjoyed his 1 pound steak and cheese sub! The woman working behind the counter was nice and cheerful and made my experience very pleasant!”
“Great little chill spot for delicious food. My husband had a burger which he described as juicy and flavorful. I had a ranch chicken sandwich. The chicken was fried to perfection. My son was pleased with his kids meal and the milkshakes made all of us happy. We’ll be back!”
“A nice pub atmosphere. A bit too loud though. Food was mostly very good, although my pastrami was gristly. Server wasn't all that attentive but got the job done eventually.”
“Love the Friendly Toast! Our server, Autumn, was delightful, and the food was delicious! They are always hustling and bustling at the Friendly Toast, so be ready for a more lively breakfast environment. The breakfast egg rolls are ”
“Thanks for the delicious drinks! Just tried a new menu item for the season. Steak tips with their famous BBQ sauce. I also asked for the carmalized onions and mushrooms. I can not resist taking dessert to go. They still have some of their regular drinks as well as a few new refreshing numbers.”
“There turkey sandwiches are amazing and piled high with delicious deli meat. They also have an excellent selection of drinks, vegetarian food, whoopie pies and cookies.Vegetarian options: Able to accommodate vegetarians with some interesting offerings such as the TLT.Parking: There are a few spots around the building.Kid-friendliness: There are some simple games to play.”
