I was introduced to this restaurant by a colleague who raved about their great beer selection. We arrived at the restaurant around 5:30 PM, and there were plenty of available tables, so no reservation was necessary. Great food! I've been here several times and each time I go, there's a huge wait. You have to be there in person to reserve your spot which stinks and is inconvenient. The atmosphere is cool and fun. Inside has an open kitchen and a wall of windows into the brewery. It is huge, loud and packed.Unfortunately, each time I've dined, the staff are not as pleasant as many other restaurants. What I ordered was very good, but it also took me a very long time to find something on the menu that I wouldn't have to alter during my ordering. I was hoping to find similar items to the other Sebago Brewing locations I've visited, but none of my favorites were here. It is also worth mentioning that they have mostly pub height seating and a few picnic table style benches as well; all are wooden and flat, so not the most comfortable option for old grumpy guys like me.
