We've been eating at Sam's for years. This review is specifically for the downtown, Main Street Lewiston location. The girl behind the counter who took our order was training a new employee and she did very well with the balance of communication between us placing our order and answering imour questions, plus showing the new employee how to ring in the order properly. I do like Sam's a lot. I'm sure these times are stressful. Please do try to keep perspective on customer service. I called on my cell and, from my end, was clearly speaking when I ordered. Somehow, you weren't hearing my voice clearly. There are nicer ways to ask me to repeat myself instead of belching " HELLOHHH!!!!!!" as if I ignoring you. Cell phones can be funky. Let's try to be in all this together, because I love what you do and appreciate you.

I went to the main st Lewiston location, the two wan in there working were awesome. The service was precise, professional and made me an excellent sandwich. Her knowledge and pride of the local area was a pleasant addition to my lunch and frankly my week.
