Walk up window in a small amusement park turns out to have the most amazing empanadas in NE. Tostones were also amazing as were the TostCones! Everything is must have and I went twice on my last trip to OOB. The onion cilantro sauce is where it’s at. That stuff lives in my dreams.
The food is so good!! It's all gluten free too which is amazing. Super nice staff and the owner is gluten intolerant so you know you're safe! Lots of veg options Updated from previous review on 2022-08-06
