Food is YUMMY and the people are so genuinely nice. It’s such a cool spot and we will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend the mushroom Swiss and the Brussel sprouts. Delicious!!
DO NOT COME HERE!The servers and managers are extremely rude, abrasive, and slow. The bar is dirty and the plates and silverware are filthy. As far as I know this is not a Better Business Bureau accredited business and it shows. It took more than an hour for our group just to get drinks. When I complained about the service, the manager said that since I was the only one complaining to her, that the service was appropriate. She obviously didn’t realized that I was elected to be the spokesperson for the entire group who were very angry and disrespected by the staff.I repeat: DO NOT COME HERE!
Staff and food were great. Was expecting the restaurant to be very expensive based on the location but it was very reasonable.
Great meal! Delicious burgers; fries and broussel sprouts were great. Our waitress Mary was awesome and very patient and accomodating with our large party with four kids.
The food is great (start off with the Buffalo wings) but the bartender Moonbeam is awesome! He was extremely helpful to us two tourist trying to explore the city. He gave us a list of places to visit and every location was amazing. Moonbeam, you’re the man, thanks for the help!
Awesome dirty fries!! Sloppy Joe and cheese over thin fries was heavenly.... We were too fast to get a picture! Burger and fish were cooked perfectly. Sat at bar because it was raining or else we would have sat on the cute bricked patio on the side of the building. Bartender James was on top of everything with a full bar and doing service also! Definitely coming back here!!
Ate here 3x on my 2 day trip. The small menu is elevated greasy spoon. They make almost everything in- house. The burgers, boudin, fries, shakes and DRINKS- are served up fast and friendly! The space is interesting if you’re an architecture fan, like me.
Burger was completely raw on this inside - tried to catch the server multiple times and the only time she came back was to get the bill. I showed her and she said oh ok and walked away. I know that times are hard for the service industry but this seems a bit ridiculous.
food was excellent. service was terrible. waitress took forever every time we asked for something. I waited on a refill for my drink 15 minutes.
great food! obsessed with the fries. great location, bring all your friends! ♡
Thanks to staff chit chatting instead of giving us our bill after when were finished 15 mins ago, we were late for our parking meter and I was charged $43. I traveled here on my birthday across country after reading good reviews about Portland and the food was awful here (not all of Portland, met some nice people outside of the hipster downtown vibe - recommend the deli called Ferry Village Market). Greasy fries and soggy burger. I got a sour stomach that night. I'm not even a complaining Karen but seriously unhappy and sad to be forgotten and will never come back. June 11, 2021
Prices were reasonable, menu was limited, we tried ordering 2 items off the menu but they were out. Food was a amazing, highly recommend the swiss burger, fries. and the shake--amazing!!
WOW... Mushroom Swiss with an extra patty and the Foie Gras Poutine fries were AMAZING! Ask for Ashley... she knows food and has such an upbeat personality...best waitress we've had in a long time SERIOUSLY a great meal!!!
Stopped in for a late afternoon lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Great service and delicious burgers that were the perfect size. Cocktails were also tasty but the star was the side of cheese sauce-be sure to try it.
The restaurant lives in an old bank, so that creates awesome ambiance as you walk in the door. Everything here is made fresh: the burgers, the fries, the sodas and the milkshakes. The Foie Gras Poutine was the best things on the menu.
