Came here in the summer with some friends, it's a great place to sip a couple of great beers and chill out. There are other breweries very close too so you could make a whole day of it!!

We received a recommendation from a local to stop by and check this place out. Great stop in a sea of breweries that are all right next to each other. The bartender was very helpful with picking from the large list of option with each new pour being great! The vibe was really chill and if we lived a little closer I know that this would be a spot on our weekly brew tour. Like I mentioned this craft house is in a spot with a handful of other breweries. Make sure that you take time to visit from IPAs to Sours you will not leave disappointed.

Visiting from Wisconsin and popped in for a beer and lunch. Greeted immediately by the bartender, drinks in hand within 3 min. Owner has a restaurant next door (Paper City BBQ), so I had a (smoked) turkey rachel on a pretzel bun. The fact it was legitimately on an actual pretzel, split in half, did not go unnoticed....it was yum! Hubby had pork ribs which were smothered in sauce (def some spice), but he asked for more which speaks for how good the sauce was. Michelle was working, she was super nice and had great conversations with her. Thanks all!! ?

Always freaking delicious! There are options to meet you craving for the day. They have some outdoor games as well as a small arcade area! There are 4 other breweries in the area, so have fun!

Fantastic brewery in ME,! I have had the privilege to perform here several times. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The beer is awesome! Highly recommended if in southern Maine.
Nice brewery with some good indoor seating and lots of outdoor seating under a large, covered tent. As someone who doesn't love IPAs, I really appreciate that they have a wide variety of options, including a sour and Kolsch! Food trucks are often outside in the evenings and on the weekends, so this is a fun one to visit when enjoying the other breweries on Industrial Ave. Pups are welcome in the taproom when ordering and outside on the patio!

This place has some great craft beer. It is really close to another brewery or two in the same complex so a visit here can be an easy visit to another few. They had ample space & a nice sitting area outside under a shaded circus tent set up.The staff was friendly & helpful. The beer was fabulous & reasonably priced. We got in just before closing to give it a try & wasn't rushed out the door near closing time.

We came in post Allagash and it was definitely really like the VA breweries we like. The seltzer was great, and both the IPA and the double IPA were actually super great. They had indoor and outdoor seating plus some tented outdoor seating. Tons of games to play too and live music being set up on a Saturday. Didn't seem to have food or AC so a bit hot in the summer.

Located across the street from Allagash Brewing, Definitive Brewing offers a few different sours along with hard seltzer and IPAs. The sours are kind of like drinking juice, but in a good way. I tried a couple of sours along with the Kolsch. If you want to try a few before selecting a beer, you can get a sip of a few different beers. There are tons of outdoor seating available including patio tables with some lawn games. There is also some seating inside that will give you a unique view into their brewing process. It's definitely a tamer, more relaxed vibe than their neighbors across the street; however; just as enjoyable.
