Good tea selection and knowledgeable staff. But they forgot I ordered food. And while I appreciate the clearly labeled items on the menu, I'd hope for more filling options. Not a great place for a full meal

Waited for over 10 minutes to even get an acknowledgement which never came. The person working behind the counter spent the entire time espousing false information about the origin of tea in the western world. Zero customer service. Was looking forward to this shop. Will not be back.

I had the trio of biscuits, daifuku mochi, plum tea [for there], bought 2 loose teas, and another tea and a box of biscuits to go Reasonable prices for what you get, lovely sit down area, very good service, all in all HIGHLY recommend! It's just a lovely experience, I am more than willing to come again.... and drag my friends with me.

Got tea to-go. Water can only reach 212 degrees and somehow they managed to go beyond that. After what felt like 3 hours (30 minutes) it cooled down enough to drink and it tasted great. Cup was constantly leaking and burned a few holes through my fingers but I'll manage.

Absolutely fantastic place. We came into Portland specifically for this place and lobster and neither was a disappointment. I didn't catch the names of the two staff members but they answered all my questions we talked about tea and all kind of things. Even figured out we went to the original Dobra in Prague. Drinks were amazing and refreshing. Only wish that we had a Dobra in Texas.
A must for any tea lover. It is a great place to stop in for a quick respite while walking Portland.

Excellent tea, great ambiance. As of July 2022, there are very few snack options but several are vegan and several are gluten free.

The owner is very nice and accommodating. She even offered to make a special caffeine-free drink for a child in our party, after realizing the order was for her, due to it having caffeine. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.

Dobra is a wonderful chain with too few franchises. Having lost Northampton recently, this is the nearest one to our place. Great tea, always prepared correctly and fresh, never stale. They carry local Maine seaweed teas as well as chaga and mushroom blends.
