Fork Food Lab is a heaven for any aspiring food entrepreneur that want to establish their food business or an already in market food business that wants to accelerate their growth without having to worry about capital expenses.I love the location and the easy accessibility. I love the atmosphere inside the place because they have almost everything that any food business would want.The team is amazing and very welcoming. I got to be shown around and everything at the place shows that the organization really cares about the people they work with.This is definitely a must visit place for any food business that wants to grow in Maine.

I've never given a one star review before and I wish I could give zero stars.My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying your August Summer Sampler. As soon as he saw it mentioned in the newspaper, he tried to get tickets but they were all sold out. The website said tickets would be sold at the door the day of the event.Imagine our suprise when we showed up today at 4:00 when the door opened to be told that if we wanted tickets we should come back at 5:00. What? Where is that mentioned on your website?Other

This is a wonderful facility to start up a food related company at a reasonable price. Vendors can rent "table space" for prep work, then use common equipment to produce. lab is open 24 hours daily, to facilitate any needed schedule .
