The Salvatore's experience is having Marissa Tomei make you the biggest and best sando you have ever had. Go let her feed you their unique creations and make sure to add sliced cherry peppers.
Sorry haven't posted any food pics in awhile, been taking a slight break. BUUUUT, had to share about @salvatoreshoagieshop located in Howie's Pub in Portland Maine. I was craving a proper Italian hoagie and miraculously we found Salvatore's. (Tip: a bit hard to find, search for Howie's pub, and if you're coming off hwy 295, hang a rt on veranda st and pull into driveway on the rt). Howies is a great neighborhood bar. You feel at home and everyone is nice and welcoming there. There are no cliques or gangs or people that would look you up and down, it's just a great place to hangout for a couple drinks and catch up with friends. The plus side is Salvatore's hoagies has a home there Thursday - Sunday and we try to get a hoagie on a weekly visit! You have to get everything! We haven't had a bad meal or a disappointment!
