Warm, friendly, cozy, and, delicious, delicious, delicious. I’ve been coming to Ribolitta for at least 20 years. It was an Epiphany Eve meal with family though our intrepid trekker was on the Long Trail in VT. Our waitress was lovely, very solicitous but didn’t hover. She refilled water glasses throughout our meal. The starting bread with rosemary and crunchy salt was perfect. Small restaurant but really good food. Wait staff were excellent. Reservations needed most nights, I suspect. Some reviews suggested some dishes weren't good, but we enjoyed everything. Food was hot, flavorful, cooked properly, and a good value.
