I looked for a restaurant near me in portland maine and found rigby yard. So glad i did!! Hands down the best lobster roll in the area.They roped me in with the lobster roll but i stayed for the atmosphere. Its a brick and old wood cozy lodge feeling..couches and a warm fireplace.I posted up here for hours during my trip and felt very welcome. The staff were great from start to finish. We started with their on-tap prosecco and charcuterie board, both were excellent!! We then switched to some of their cocktails with our entrees. We had the steak frites, shrimp and grits (probably our favorite) and the burger with Buffalo cauliflower. Each was well presented and delicious!! Food was delicious and so were the drinks.Our server didn’t inform us that the Caesar salad (instead of fries) for my sandwich was an extra $5 - which I wish was mentioned. But it was delicious.
