Ordered a venti toasted vanilla oak milk espresso and got a grande brown sugar espresso. Told them the board was wrong when ordered and they still gave me the wrong drink after I reordered. ??♂️
Just a speculation, but due to its location on Forest Ave this has to be one of the busiest Starbucks in Maine. Getting in and out of the extremely tiny parking lot and drive-thru is a headache, so if you can park on a side street or come during off hours or be extra patient... please do it. The staff at this location are either incompetent or they just don’t care. It doesn’t matter how many times you say no classic they will always add the classic sweetener. They will even repeat the order and say no classic yet still add it. It’s just sad.
