Today is the first day of my new life, I now love lobster. I feel like a criminal having never liked lobster, but I will blame that on my peeps who have never taken me to High Rollers before today. I braced myself as everyone said this would change my life….. they were right! Lobster roll, lobster roll, lobster roll… wait a minute they have a lobster taco? Whatever you decide to get, make sure to order that pineapple sauce, it will give you an orgasm in your mouth. If you are not local, stuff as many of those fresh hoagie rolls in as you can.

The absolute coolest place around and only place to get an authentic lobster roll!!We were new visitors to the area and using Yelp and Google to help decide where to go! This was definitely the place.A must if you are in the Portland area! Everything about Highroller was top notch!!If I ever have the opportunity to come back to the area, I certainly will!Thank you for a great experience! I don't really know what to say. The rolls were amazing!!! Scallop and lobster rolls are beyond tasty. But, the staff was so warm and inviting, that's where the magic really happens. This was just one of the best experiences ever.

Long wait (~1 hr) for a table for two for a late lunch (c. 3:30pm). Lobster rolls acceptable but very expensive - $28 for a few ounces of lobster meat is excessive, and *nothing* comes with it, not even fries. This is an “order for yourself and they bring it to you experience,” another reason the prices are unreasonably high. Otherwise there’s no table service; once our food came, we never saw another waiter, not even to offer to refill water or soft drinks. Atmosphere is kitschy and loud; you won’t be tempted to linger.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by attentive and professional staff. We loved the fact that we could order and pay directly on the phone, what makes it so convenient. However, the culinary experience, particularly the lobster rolls and mac & cheese with bacon, although decent, didn’t quite meet expectations. Both dishes were well-presented but lacked the distinctive flavors needed to make them memorable. The fries were amazing. Despite this, the overall dining experience was positive, making it worth another visit to explore more of what their menu has to offer.
