Found them at the Eastern Promenade and it was by far the best food truck meal I ever had! I had a crab cake croissant without cheese and it was so savory with the perfect amount of crisp to the croissant. And the egg on the sandwich! Oh the egg! It was perfectly done with some softness to the yolk without being so runny that it didn't cause an eggsplosion. Also the crab cake was delicious. All the flavors were very well balance, thus truly is the perfect sandwich!
I had the crab cake croissant and my daughters had the California burrito. Everything was excellent. It was the perfect size for a meal. The way the croissant was out together was so good. It had an egg with some spring mix and a hot crab cake. Since I live in NY, I have to figure out how to recreate it at home. Thank you for filling up my wife's ice coffee. It looked so good, we couldn't wait to walk to the shade and ate in the hot sun.

Delicious! That burrito was so good, and really added to my experience out on the town in Portland. If you happen to be walking by this place, I would recommend picking up something because you will not be disappointed!
