My wife decided to surprise me with an apple pie today . To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Tasteless . Dry crust and bland apples bathing in juice with the bottom crust completely gone . 20 bucks for this disaster .

I've been a customer for many years and until Thanksgiving 2023 the pie quality was great. This year I picked up 3 pies. The apple pie was not fully cooked (dough was still raw and apples were hard) and the pumpkin cheesecake was off. Two of the three had to be thrown away. NOT GOOD. I'll update my review when I see that quality has returned. Until then, I'm fairly dissatisfied.

On a day trip to Portland Maine, I had to try a Wild Maine Blueberry pie. Yelp led me to Two Cats Bakery a charming bakery in downtown Portland. I had a mini blueberry pie and it was delicious with incredible blueberry flavor and a flaky buttery crust. There were pies for sale as well as merchandise and housemade products. Delicious and highly recommended bakery for pies.

I bought the blueberry bramble. It was awful. Chocolate chips in the crumble??? Not a good mix. I asked the person behind the counter what was in the pie. She never mentioned chocolate. $22 down the

The bakery is super cute ! It had many different kinds of fresh baked goods. We ordered a pie and it was delicious. I will definitely visit Two Fat Cats when I'm in Portland next.

I’m a Southerner that loves to try food from all over the country. This bakery is super cute with a touch of a home town feel. The puddle cookies, blueberry scones and maple pecan muffins are absolutely out of this world!!! This should be your number 1 stop for a sweet tooth. Oh and the spinach and feta pocket hands down yummy!!! This place won’t disappoint!!!!

I was in Portland, Maine visiting for the first time stumbled across this place. I saw that they have such great online reviews. So, I decided give them a try. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The lady who took my order was very nice and polite! What I bought was a mini blueberry pie and some blueberry scones. They were both delicious as I love blueberries. I would definitely do business with them again whenever I visit the Portland area. I can see why the have such good ratings. They have great bakery products and the customer service was great! I just wish they had locations in the Chicago area!Parking: It was a little difficult to park there because it busy around the time I went.

Great cupcakes. Tried the vanilla and the chocolate. Both were light, moist and delicious.

This is for the South Portland location. We were traveling through from Indiana on our way up to Bar Harbor, and we needed a birthday cake to celebrate my sister-in-laws 70th birthday . We were going to be joining her and my brother-in-law at a rental home in BH and started calling the Bar Harbor bakeries as we were getting close so we could surprise her with a cake. Unfortunately, we discovered no one in BH could accommodate us. That's when I called Two Fat Cats Bakery in South Portland on a whim since we had stopped near there for gas. A young woman named Grace described all the cakes they had and offered to hold one of my choosing! We chose the red velvet with buttercream and it was delicious and greatly pleased my sister-in-law! We also picked up some blueberry pie slices and an original and maple cream pumpkin Whoopie pie while in the shop. It was all great! Grace wrote "Happy Birthday " on the cake, packaged everything up nicely, and gave us carryout supplies. She was very nice, patient, and helpful. We appreciated her and Two Fat Cats coming through for us and making it a memorable celebration.
