Do not understand they hype, this place is a disappointment every single time! Everything on the menu tastes like way too much mustard...

Great coffee, great food, beautiful building, awesome atmosphere. I did the morning special woth coffee with they insured was always filled, a bloody Mary with was delicious, and a choice of an entrepreneur which was also scrumptious.

f&b is definitely the restaurant I eat at most in Portland. I love the feel of the restaurant and know many of the servers by now. Last meal was the Tuna — a seasonal entree and mezcal cocktail — both were absolutely delicious.

Unfortunately it always seems to be a mixed bag when I come here, some good some not. In this case just popped in for a quick cocktail and an order of pate, which is always great and the reason I go back! I ordered a cosmopolitan to go along with it and frankly it was quite bad, way too much lime juice, not sure the bartender had ever made this before. Five star pate, one star Cosmo.

Aces all around. Chef Courtneys food always hits the spot and the cocktails are bananas.

Pricy and small menu. Great drinks. Good for a crowd where you want to have a social time. Good isn't the star. Great service.

Had a duck dish that was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The service was above expectations as well.

Wow. This place is absolutely wonderful. Went here for the first time ever on a date with my boyfriend. The food was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. The dessert we got was divine and the service was excellent. This is a great place to go on a little fancy dinner with your partner or to have a celebratory dinner. And the drinks are made so delicious. We got lucky and actually had a table available Saturday night, but it was packed for the most part. 11/10 will go here again.

I really want to love this place. Each time I visit, my hopes are so high. And, my expectations were exceeded back in the day - back BEFORE they received a James Beard nomination. Ever since the nomination, I feel as though everything has slowly gone downhill. And I hate to say that bc I’m constantly rooting for my neighborhood spot! However, the food quality is just lacking. There’s no wow factor. The menu has stayed virtually the same since the beginning so there’s no real creativity. The service is sub-par…everyone just looks and acts like they are just trying to make it to the end of shift so there really is NO customer service in the true sense of the word. I want this place to get better. I want the staff happier. But honestly, you’d have a much better experience across the way at Bird & Co for half the price. Sorry, Woodford.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are extremely limited and they don’t really accommodate you or care to.

This was some of the worst food I’ve ever had. While the server was attentive, the food was inedible.People think it’s good just because there are no other options. Don’t waste your money on this ‘establishment’. The owner is also extremely pompous and rude.

We went as a group of 11 people on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It took forever before we were able to order the drinks. Then it took forever before we got the drinks. Then it took forever before we were able to place our food order and so on, so on. The restaurant had very few patrons and everything took just too long. The food was ok, but a little expensive for what was being offered. I think 35 dollars for a burger and fries is a little too much.

Well done menu, though I wish they'd lean into the French a bit more. If you want "american" the bear is right down the road. Reasonable
