The fact they know my best friend by name and always greet us, recognize if we are missing someone, and often remember things we like speaks volumes. Their food is delicious, breads are seriously phenomenal. We love this place. If you haven't tried it, it's worth the stop. Definitely have some fun but really awesomely paired sandwich items. Hands down the best French onion soup. 10/10!
Hands down the absolute best hot pastrami sandwich in southern Maine. The large option has a 1/2 pound of thin sliced, perfectly seasoned pastrami!!! Great staff, clean dining and restrooms, super variety of sandwiches and homemade soups, stews and chowders. It’s a nice change from the area’s fast food or the food court in the nearby mall.

My husband, 3 kids and myself went to Heidi's for dinner tonight, for the first time. We were absolutely blown away from start to finish. From the immediate warm welcome we received, to the amazing food and the impeccable customer service. We will definitely be going back and will recommend Heidi's. Customer service is truly an art and the guys who were working tonight were on point.
