Waited in line at drive thru...when got to the window gave me a drink with no ice and had to ask for some.. all my food was cold and hard.. fries were cold and hard, tenders were from hours past and greased from the quarter pounder with cheese on its side in the bag...very disappointed with the night shift...to think I passed up my regular at burger King to get slopped like a pig and pay for it...by a bunch of ungrateful employees
I have to say, McDonald’s is McDonald’s. However in today’s world.. the service from the staff was awesome. After we sat down a really nice ( manager? ) came around asked if everything was fine & if we needed anything else. You could tell she was completely sincere. I’m leaving this message as to actually get decent service is not a normal today. We appreciate it!
