Scratch Baking Co. Toast Bar

I had gotten a product that I was dissatisfied with from Scratch recently and low and behold Scratch did the right thing and refunded my money to my credit card account - without me asking them to do it. My confidence and admiration for Scratch Baking Company has been justified. Was disappointed when we arrived on a Sunday at 10:30 am and they were out of many of their menu items – they still had their coffees, but the only bagels left were plain and sesame and the only pastry/sweet left was a raspberry shortbread. Note that they do not slice or toast the bagels. But, what we did get (sesame bagels with cream cheese, raspberry shortbread, coffee and an Arnold Palmer) were very good. one bun was not enough to take with us up north. also a dozen bagels. this is a walk up window at this time but they limit the bagels to two dzn per family. we saw a man walk up and order two dzn. later in the line his wife walked up and ordered two dzn bagels. Funny to try to beat the system buying bagels. They made out like they did not know each other so customers would not get upset. We saw them drive away together.
