I ordered 3 med pizzas, and a large. They were ready quickly.However, the person who took the phone order misspelled/misheard my name. When I went to get the pizzas, they almost wouldn't give them to me! I told them what I ordered to prove who I was, and it's not politically correct, but the order taker didn't have English as a first language, and after repeating my name several times, and again at the counter when I was trying to get them home still hot, it was tedious at best.The...read full review

Service is always through the roof but our waiter LJ has such wonderful customer service. He was always smiling and kind to the bone! Incredibly patient with my 7 yr old and went above and beyond. He definitely stood out from most waiters and waitresses I've had in the past anywhere. He definitely made a big impression on our family in the best ways!

Pizza Hut donated personalized pizzas to the mid Maine shelter today- I am someone who’s living in the shelter and even though I called and said thanks I wanted to write a review letting people know the kindness from this place of helping those in need and how they fed others.Thanks again so much from all of us staying here.
