All of the other reviews are spot on - this Chipotle is terrible. I ordered online for pick up, my order was t ready when I arrived, and I discovered my order was completely wrong when I got back to work. I ordered a side of guacamole and it was so brown that I didn't eat it. Honestly, go anywhere else to eat.

I have ordered Chipotle in many different locations and really enjoy what they serve. I have ordered from this locations about four times, and every time there has been something missing from my order. No chicken on chicken tacos and no chicken in a chicken quesadilla, no drink for my toddler and no chips..... I have given them a few chances to change my mind, but I will not order from this location any longer.

We walked in to grab order and the three folks were chatting amongst themselves and it took them a little while to even realize I was at counter. Finally the girl that was giving the others her random personal anecdotes turns to me and asks if she can help me. I asked for another salad dressing and they told me they didn't have any dressing at all. I asked "even with the salad I got, there is no dressing?" She said, no sorry. I never bothered to look in the bag. I them asked for lemon she said They didn't have that either. I asked to use the bathroom she said she couldn't let me. The bathroom is open and available at both Chipotles by me. Our way home we opened the bag & there were two salads, when we ordered one salad and one burrito. If that wasnt bad enough both of them had the wrong ingredients. It's like they just throw in whatever they wanted. My salad was missing black beans corn and onions and peppers and had white rice not brown. The other also had wrong beans and wrong rice. There was also one salad dressing in the bag so they clearly had some but the attitude of the girl was absolutely like she could not be bothered. I Get that it's the end of the night but do your job. By far the worst chipotle experience we've ever had.

So glad I did not see the bad reviews before ordering here or I would have chosen another location. So my online order was perfect and the food was yummy. The male behind the counter verified my order making sure it s correct. I will return. My daughter woofed down the food so I know she enjoyed it too.

This chipotle is too slow and fucking sucks. It is a garbage heap with employees who might as well be jerking off the burritos in the back, because that's how long you'll have to wait. What will finish first? The burrito? Or your online order? Definitely the burrito. Also the dumbass employees aren't always wearing the masks above their noses. So enjoy a covid-19 burrito.

I get the same thing when I go, A veggie burrito with guac and sd tortilla. This is the 3rd time, I haven't gotten my guac/tortilla. It's literally right on the ticket/label. I don't understand why I'm not getting what I paid/asked for. I understand that we are currently experiencing difficult times but to have it happen 3 times in a row is just frustrating and you are clearly doing it and don't care.

Just went there to pick up my dinner, as soon as I walked inside the male child employee told me he's not going to take my order, and not to get in line. Even though there were 20 other people inside the store, he seems to just not want me in there. I called over and over again trying to place an order or reach a manager to complain about this child, but nobody answers their phone. Is anybody going to take responsibility for the terrible treatment and lack of service I received? I literally demand to be contacted by a manager to resolve this, even though I will NEVER come back or support this location or any location. Lucky I'm an adult and handled it so well.

WORST most nasty staff I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Rude staff, dirty restaurant, the line looked disgusting, the bathrooms were a nightmare. I will never return and I am telling everyone I know about this awful experience. Management should be embarrassed.

I'm really aggravated at all of you that work here, because you really charged me a whole extra $20 when usually my order always comes out to be $28.45. And I'm not bugging because I'm a constant customer and y'all charged me legit $46.60. And on top of that you guys didn't give me back my money. And you said I could call the cops, to "try" to get my money back, technically. I'm never coming back to y'all, because you really disrespected a customer, and I was being truthful about the situation as I looked at my receipt not realizing that y'all charged too much. Thank you for being assholes. And leaving a customer with money they could of used that for something, they really needed.
