Panda Express Prices and Locations

Placed my order, the girl packed my order put it on the side. Waited 10 minutes after my order was completed. STill no one rang me up. There was approx 2 people behind me and who also placed their order in store had it filled. The girls today just sat there backs facing us pretending like we didn't need to get our food or pay. Sorry but I'll take my business and money elsewhere never coming here again.

These people are disgusting! The girl who took my credit card to pay for the meal also gave me a cup for my drink. Although she had gloves on she took my credit card ran it through the machine then grabbed a cup with a finger outside and a finger inside of the cup then grab the lid placing her fingers on the top and on the underside of the lid which tells me that she has no regard for cross contamination from currency to cup. we asked her about it for which she quickly took the cups threw them away grabbed another pair of gloves then went to wash her hands. She just simply doesn't get it and so we walked away. During Covid you would expect them to be extra vigilant in stopping the spread of infection but they seem to only care about going through the motions not actually stopping the spread which is either very dumb or extremely careless. She should have Washed first, then gloved second.

Unhealthy & saltiess food. I paid for $9.50 for 2 combo entre: beef broccoli and blacken chicken with chow mein. So disappointed with the food quality now. All I taste is salt and salt. Just a heads up, they won't accept cash, so don't waste your time even going there. This is complete bullshit and very unamerican. 1.5 million people died of tuberculosis in a year and over 65,000 people died of complications to the flu in a year. Panda supporting this tyrannical agenda push disgusts me severely and has lost our business for life. Ridiculous!

I picked up some lunch to go today and it was a pleasant experience! The food was fresh and the young lady serving me was generous with the portions. Great customer service, great food at a great price!

2nd time coming here and missing a Rangoon again. I called & spoke to Dalio, I believe that's what her name was & she said I'd get credit which is nice, but this happened twice when I've gone, I wonder how many times they've done this to other customers.
Panda Express - 2585 N Hollywood Way, Burbank

This was our 2nd time ordering food from this Panda location. The first time was just at the beginning of the shutdown and assumed the horrible food and service was a result of the pandemic. Well last light I went back to give them the benefit of the doubt. Horrible decision. After 4 months if running their establishment in COVID times, I would have thought they would have improved their process. We spent $50 on food. I ordered three 3 item plates and 4 chicken egg rolls. When I went to the pick up table when my order number was called, I asked if we could double check everything since the last time we came our order was missing half of what we had ordered. This time the girl was very rude and said no, everything is there. I looked at the bags which were tied closed and I would have had to rip them to check myself. I asked for sweet and sour sauce for the 4 chicken egg rolls, we got one. Once we got home, we once again did not get what we ordered. I had no orange chicken, no noodles. They packed all 3 orders with fried rice and teriyaki chicken, minus the teriyaki sauce. So we had to eat dry, cold burnt chicken with no flavor. I was very upset and called the manager right away. She was very rude on the phone and asked me "So what do you want me to do about it?". If she cannot manage something as simple as filling one order at a time and making sure her employees are doing their job, she should not be a manager. Our family loves Panda Express, but will no longer be giving this store our business ever again.

ordered online , when went to pick up food told employee my name and all they responded was we'll call you when your food is ready . waited over 20 minutes after said pick up time . to find out that when i received my food multiple items were incorrect . very disappointed in the location

Complete trash service not only did these morons get my order wrong it was an online order took them 50 min to give me my damn food if only I didn't live far from it I would go back and throw this trash in there face and the fucking workers are just trash even the manager the damn store need to be evaluated will be contacting corporate and sending them photos

The potions are small, and definitely not a value for the money. I went there at 5 o'clock on a Saturday evening expecting the food to be fresh , it was not ;the vegetables were overcooked , and it appeared as if the food had been lying under a heat lamp all day. I've been to panda express in many other areas where the service and food is much much better . Panda Express t on El Monte is definitely a disappointment not only in the food but the staff.
