Lots of meats available. Cooked sandwiches and plates. Jerky and smoked meats. Uncooked butcher prepared selections. They have a great condiment bar for your brats and meals as well as lots of other sauces and sides you can purchase to take home for later. I have to mention the overall atmosphere is EXCELLENT. There is indoor and outdoor seating, they had a fireplace roaring outdoors and lots of nooks and comfortable spots to chill out in.
I am from Texas and this is my favorite place to get brisket. They do it right with a delicious sauce and pickles and onions ? My mom really enjoys their pulled pork sandwiches. For us this is a piece of our old home, Texas ? We've bought sausage and chorizo and also extremely yummy. I can't wait for the day that I try more of their menu but it's tough not to get their brisket. We saw pastrami and Reuben sandwiches on their menu.
