It's Burger King, so it's not like you'll get stellar service nor food. Regardless, I'd recommend going to a different one in Ann Arbor.Written for Oct 15th, 2023. This can change in 6 months easily.
The staff are interesting. The lady who bagged my order seemed to be in another world. My order has been mixed up at this location multiple times and wait times in the drive thru push 20+ minutes sometimes.

I had not been to BK in at least 2 years, had a craving for their chicken sandwich. Ordered the make your own combo. Fries onion ring combo and iced tea. The fries, rings were room temperature and rubbery. I suspect they were sitting underneath the lamp for hours before I ordered them. Tea was warm and the few ice cubes melted almost immediately. The only edible thing was the chicken sandwich and a free kings crown. Wont be going back
