I was waiting for a simple sandwich. The buzzer never went off and when I asked the worker at the counter if the sandwich, sitting there getting cold was mine, this girl looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn't answer me. I didn't want to touch the plate in case it was someone else's but she put the ticket UNDER the plate. This is first time in more than 10 years and 5 states that panera has let me down. Food has gone down hill in taste. Soups are still good but sandwiches are ok. Bagels are not very flavorful like Asiago hardly has and cheese . You can't beat our Kroger bakery fresh Bagels and thier Asiago bagels are amazing!!!!!!!
