“Used Panera Catering for a 2 day weekend event. Ordered via phone with central staff person who was very helpful in selecting items for a 100 person luncheon. Order was filled by local store & they did an outstanding job. On time delivery, tea & coffee were hot, sandwiches individually wrapped & labeled It all worked perfectly for the 100 person event. Will definitely use again!“
“Professional, friendly, responsive staff, that deserves 5 stars. I regularly hear customers enthusiastically callEd by name. I was interested in oatmeal, that was showing not available on the app and the manager went out to find me and say he would make it for me. i called to ask, if a flatbread was left there and without hesitation, the associate quickly volunteered to make me another and offered something with it, on the way out, just to name a few examples. Such a stark contrast to the McDonald's close by. Keep up the good work!“
“i recognize im being wholly unreasonable here but man!!! i miss the days when i was the only person who even knew there was a downstairs!!!! i spent so many beautiful hours completely alone in the basement area and it was such a beautiful refuge…… there even used to be a fountain drink machine……. but word got out and now everyone and their mother is down there all the time ? sad!!! anyway it’s a five star Panera and the staff are excellent at handling the absolutely ungodly rushes. no complaints other than can you please tell Mr Panera to get rid of the upcharge for white cheddar cheese“
“I love the new open layout that all the Panera seem to be going to. I've only been to this location a couple times and service was great. They always seem to happily fix any order issues. Facilities clean and appealing. My diet severely limits my selections, but they probably lose money on my Sip Club participation (I get a lot of to-go drinks). Definitely recommend Sip Club.“
“I was waiting for a simple sandwich. The buzzer never went off and when I asked the worker at the counter if the sandwich, sitting there getting cold was mine, this girl looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn't answer me. I didn't want to touch the plate in case it was someone else's but she put the ticket UNDER the plate. This is first time in more than 10 years and 5 states that panera has let me down. After reading the reviews, I should have reconsidered having my breakfast hear. Obviously corporate does not care about this location. This woman would not help anyone at the pick up window. Way to go panera!“
“11/14/23: Stopped in for some salad to go. Placed order at counter for salad and water. Waited 30 min for order, order came out wrong (and realized I was charged for the wrong item at approx $5+ than what I had ordered). They remade order, and it came out wrong again. Manager, Nicole, stepped in, had order remade correctly and corrected the charge as well. This was all peak lunch time and the store was very busy. Some customers were not so nice. All team members were working hard and working as smoothly as possible. Thank you all for being at work and for working hard. Shout out to Manager, Nicole, for swiftly taking over and smoothing out the hiccup. I’ll be back!“
