“Overall this is a lovely place for a bite to eat. It seems that business entrepreneurs favor this for meetings and laptop work. There's not much on the lunch menu without mayo, but the caprese sandwich was pretty good. Although, the mozzarella was cold and the bread was hot, which was a bit odd.Service was super friendly! But I'm not a fan of how they assign you a table, but do not walk you to the table. Somebody's bags were being stored at our assigned table and it just made for an awkward situation. I think it's better to give the customers their number and let them choose where to sit, to be honest. Especially if there are no waitress services. There's plenty of parking and it's definitely kid friendly. Changing tables are in the bathrooms and they have a few high chairs.Kid-friendliness: There are changing tables in the bathrooms and a few high chairs available.“
“Great lunch spot. Reasonably priced subs with good flavor! My favorite is the Chipotle Chicken. The service is amazing! Check it out next time you're out for lunch. Keep in mind this review is based off the affordability, if you're looking for something gourmet check out Zingermans“
“Just passing thru.Friendly and fast service.Freshly sliced meats.Customizable options.Fresh ingredients.Great portion size.Washroom could have been cleaner.Very busy - lots of in/out customers.Dietary restrictions: Fully customizable sandwich optionsWheelchair accessibility: Lots of space for accessibility“
“The food is high-quality and fresh, there are many options thanks to customizability, the service is quick and friendly, location is great and convenient. This is the perfect go-to sandwich shop. All the sandwiches are great, just make sure to add the hot peppers. The Mediterranean is my personal favorite.“
“I love Firehouse Subs and saw the new location open. Walked up to the door at 6:53pm and figured they would be open till 8 or 9pm. Even had 3 workers inside just looking at me. It said 7pm so I tried to open the door…nope. They don’t close at 7pm they close before 7pm even though their sign says 7pm. Was disappointed.“
“It’s so nice to have a fast food place that you can actually sit inside and eat since June, except for the 2 1/2 month shut down from mid November-February 1. I have eaten at Potbelly so many times since then, so I don’t have to eat in my car. I love their broccoli cheddar soup, and sandwiches.“
“The original Pot Belly on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago will always be my favorite (40+ years ago). It was amazing. Sandwiches are still excellent now; my husband and I shared a big Wreck with all the condiments. I do think this location needs a deep cleaning. Our table was actually grimy. It's the two seater near the soda machine. We wiped our places down when we left- and no kidding....the napkin was black.“
“The food here is almost always great. The only issue I've ran into here was this last time we dined in.. Service was great, food was great, but the cooks mouth was just really foul. It was really bad. I consider myself pretty laid back but the things being said that day should've been said in a CLOSED kitchen at the very least. I realize it's A2 but if my 4 year old wasn't wearing his headphones, playing on his tablet, we might have had to complain. We'll still visit but it'll most likely be carryout from now on ?.“
