This sushi kiosk has surprisingly been here for a long time. I used to eat here all the time when I worked in the mall. Over the years they have definitely updated the exterior and menu options. I've honestly only had their special California roll. I don't know why but it's all I've ever gotten from there for the last four years. I think it's good! I was a little unsure about trying this place at first since it's in a mall. But I am so glad that I did! I get their spicy salmon roll with smoked salmon. It's so tasty and inexpensive! I would highly recommend this place to sushi lovers!

For what this place is, I was very impressed. I ordered a chirashizushi on a whim, and I was shocked at how well executed it was. Visually it was lovely, and the seafood was very good. I would've loved some ikura instead of the ika, but that's only my personal preference. The maguro was about average for Ann Arbor, the hamachi was quite flavorful, the ika was much better than at some "high end" Ann Arbor sushi restaurants, and the salmon was excellent, as was the tamago.
