“The food is great, never had a bad meal here. The service, however, is sometimes a little disappointing. We have yet to have a server that is friendly right off the bat. They tend to act like the customer is an inconvenience and usually takes a couple of interactions for them to warm up and be more friendly. We will continue to visit in hopes that we will have better service each time.“

You can truly tell it's handmade, especially the bread sticks. Absolutely amazing food , the staff is outstanding as well! The menu is a bit pricey, but I can guarantee it's well worth the money, you are definitely paying for quality food and quality service!“
“The food was delicious and the service was awesome. Granted we stopped in for a quick bite at around 2:30pm and we were two of about 10 customers so it was not that busy. Very clean and bright on the inside, lots of great choices on the menu. I would definitely make this a place to stop again when passing through Battle Creek.“
“Went in today sat sept.30 worst service ever..I sat down .I watched 5 tables of people sit down they were brought menus had their coffees and water brought out and there orders taken . I then had to call one of the 3 waitress over and ask it I was invisible..she said o we are busy ..I told her when I cam in you were not that busy then told me my order would take 30 to 40 minutes now I said I sat before 5 tables I pointed then out ..but she just said o we are busy ...to bad service sucks“
“Great spot tucked away in the Airport of BC. Food was terrific, well priced for the size. (My wife and I both left with take out containers lol)Our server, Sierra was second to none! Very attentive and kind. Never asked for anything, she was simply on it!“
“My life partner want breakfast for lunch today. I suggested CafeTel. She quickly responded - Yes. Geri got the omelette Ham and Cheese. I ordered the Mexican omelette. That had chorizo and jalapeno peppers. Both orders were great and the hash browns were very crispy. We highly recommend. Try to beat the rush there on the weekends.“

“They have old fashion malts and shakes!!!! We are talking hand dipped ice cream and real whole milk. Choice of flavors chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and cherry (at least I think cherry). They serve breakfast all day, hamburgers and other sandwiches and dinners.I enjoyed a cheeseburger, way too many french fries and an old fashion rootbeer float. There was enough to share; well the float and fries that is.Parking is behind the building, with plenty of indoor seating. Or use the drive up window.“
“Fred the manager is easily the best human I've ever interacted with in the service industry. Somebody needs to just give this guy his own franchise. I witnessed him escorting an elderly woman to her car, he brought my baby puppy a little ice cream and asked my kids names individually and told us we were part of the Culver's family now. “Our server was on point! She was busy hosting, moving tables, and getting our drinks while juggling the steady stream of customers trickling in as they opened at 11:30 a.m. I noticed the manager walking around watching; however, she did not approach our table nor assist the server (coming from a food service background, you never know what the manager has going on, though). Our food was not as warm as I would have liked yet absolutely delicious. We ordered the Asian Chicken Bowl YUM!DELIGHTFUL ATMOSPHERE and GREAT SERVICE! Bonus....fireplace and sports channel.“
“Great family diner! I've tried their Coney dogs and their catfish. My husband has tried their pancakes and a 1/2 chef salad. I had a garden salad and hash browns with my catfish. I like my hash browns crisp. They did a great job! The garden salad was a good sized salad with generous ingredients. Their blue cheese dressing-- not bad! I admit I'm a terrible critic when it comes to blue cheese dressing--my mother made homemade blue cheese dressing when I was growing up. The chef salad was large for a 1/2 chef salad! Again, a lot of ingredients. I've also had their Rueben sandwich--very good and not greasy! They could stand a couple more handicap parking since it seems to be popular with the older crowd.“

“My wife and I came in for the special dinner. The bartender, Darla, even though she was very busy was still very attentive. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the smoked prime rib dinner. All of which was amazing. It was cooked exactly how we ordered it. The portion sizes were just enough. This was our first time here after just moving into the area and will for sure be back. Very clean, great food and very friendly staff.“

“This was a spur of the moment stop, saw pics of the Burgers online and they looked delicious! Decided to give them a try and it was well worth it! I got a deluxe Cheeseburger & hubby got the olive burger. They were great & the service and atmosphere were excellent!A sign on their mirror behind the bar says where friends become family & I believe it just from the snippets that I heard of conversations around us. We will be visiting again!“
“We came in on a wet cold Friday evening for dinner. Ashtan was the ONLY hostess and server working. She was fantastic. She gave 110% to ensure everyone was being served as quickly as possible. I overheard her giving instructions to the cook staff as well as she tried to streamline the service while giving each customer satisfaction.We will return just based on Ashtan's efforts and the positive atmosphere the staff had under pressure.“

“We walked in the waitress seated us. I sat down and when my husband sat his coat into the booth a roach crawled across the table. We discretely informed our waitress. She said she went to find the manager and could not find him or her. We were told we could move to another and our drinks were free no other tables were clear. We ended up leaving because they were in no hurry to take care of and issue that could get worse. We will not be returning to Denny's in Battle Creek.“
“First time here even though we only live a couple of miles from the restaurant. It is located inside of the TA Travel center truck stop. Nice and clean. Very friendly wait staff. The Breakfast was a good portion and tasty. The bacon was delicious, and the coffee was good. My wife liked her breakfast as well, as they were able to adjust a menu item since she is vegetarian. Overall I think that we will be back. If you are traveling, or staying at the casino, this is a good choice.“
“The food is far better than typical bar food. However, the atmosphere is exactly that, a bar. The service exceeds that of much nicer restaurants. The servers are prompt, friendly, and helpful. The value for the price is also reasonable. We were there for a birthday party. It was an early dinner, and it was a pleasant space for a family oriented dinner. I imagine it's a great place for a guys/girls night on the weekend. I'll be making my way back there for sure.“

Solid 4.6.Kelsey is top notch; knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, with great timing.The Smoked Gouda starter is a delicious spectacle that you should absolutely get.The Full Belly Wedge is a salad that can easily feed two, with the most tender and smoky/charred pork belly.The Cappelini is probably the best "spaghetti" you're gonna find in the area. Period.Atmosphere is dark but inviting with a great view of the kitchen and chefs, whom are awesome and do a phenomenal job.I'm looking forward to the rest of their menu.I could easily see myself returning (and I will) several times a year for a nice night out or special occasion.“
