These poor workers are understaffed and busy at this time. (7pm on a Thursday night, and everyone and their mother wants burger king.) If I could rate the customers that were in the restaurant at the same time as me, i would give them less than 1 star if that was possible. People were mad at the workers for waiting so long for their food, and sure the workers got a little attitude, but only after the customers had attitude first. Good food, I see a public restroom through the drive thru window but something unusual happened: instead of saying to "pay at window" the cashier told me "you rule" so I'll leave 4

I was overall pleased with my burger king trip. Only issues I had was when getting home i went to go eat my bacon king and it was missing a hamburger patty. Other than that the service was great and everything was good and hot.
