“Fred the manager is easily the best human I've ever interacted with in the service industry. Somebody needs to just give this guy his own franchise. I witnessed him escorting an elderly woman to her car, he brought my baby puppy a little ice cream and asked my kids names individually and told us we were part of the Culver's family now. “Never disappointed with my Reese's Blizzard here. Service is always pretty kind and friendly.Parking: Being on a corner triangular lot, parking here terrifies me a little. Sometimes the lot is full when I plan to get a treat and I will just drive by, because I'm not dealing with that mess. The size and shape of the lot is my only complaint about this place. Otherwise, it's pretty great.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily roll a wheelchair (or a stroller) up the ramp and to the window to order.“
“Kori was our server, he is most of the time we come here and we request him by name now. Even the hostesses don't need us to ask for Jim. They recognize us too. Kori makes the experience amazing. You can't beat the brew pub pretzels with beer cheese and honey mustard. Right now they have 50 cent wings. They need to bring back the white cheddar bacon chicken skillet.“
“The food is far better than typical bar food. However, the atmosphere is exactly that, a bar. The service exceeds that of much nicer restaurants. The servers are prompt, friendly, and helpful. The value for the price is also reasonable. We were there for a birthday party. It was an early dinner, and it was a pleasant space for a family oriented dinner. I imagine it's a great place for a guys/girls night on the weekend. I'll be making my way back there for sure.“
“This place is the most slept on eat spot in Battle Creek! The Shrimp boil bag is epic!!! They have such a ridiculous selection, from burgers and philliy steak melts to hibachi rice and noodles dishes. More of a carry out joint, but they do have a small sit down area. “We walked in the waitress seated us. I sat down and when my husband sat his coat into the booth a roach crawled across the table. We discretely informed our waitress. She said she went to find the manager and could not find him or her. We were told we could move to another and our drinks were free no other tables were clear. We ended up leaving because they were in no hurry to take care of and issue that could get worse. We will not be returning to Denny's in Battle Creek.“
“I ordered a 2C. After waiting for my food to “get done cooking “ I get home to eat and my burger is RAW! I call up to make a complaint to be told to bring it back up or to HOLD ONTO MY FOOD EVEN IF ITS DAYS before I can get back up there or I don’t get a refund or have it replaced! How disgusting! I have to waste gas or hold onto food to get it replaced! What a joke!“
“A Checkers is a Checkers is a Rally’s… this location however, got our large order entirely correct, food was prepared quickly, came out hot and tasty. There is a small area with 4 stone picnic tables and umbrella if you didn’t want to eat on the go. Definitely one of the best Checkers in MI.“
“My buddy introduced me to Sunrise Cafe the summer of 2023....I have met up with others there at least 7 times in the following 6 months! The breakfasts look fabulous, never eaten that there, though. Even at 7:00am I always order the Rita Burger or the Mushroom & Swiss burger. Best burgers in SW Michigan!Kristina always keeps the coffee mugs full, too.Great service!“
