I was very happy with the service and quality of food. I really like Subway, but often I feel like I am just pushed through. Today there were 3 ladies, and they had a huge order before me, but they made my food with smiles and laughs. I will be back. Thank you Nina, Amber. Aliyah for making my visit awesome.

We arrived about an hour before closing and were given a friendlywelcome by the employee at the register. Our orders were then taken by an employee whose name tag said "store manager." When I placed my order, he said he "just took care of" what I wanted. I said I would just eat somewhere else then, and he nonchalantly said "OK" and moved on. No apology or anything.I sure hope that "store manager" at least trains his employees to be a lot more customer-focused than he is.

I walk in and both of the employees are sitting at the customer tables and I had to stand there for 5 minutes until one of them finally realized OH I HAVE CUSTOMERS so he makes my sandwich, and then he forgets to give me napkins. I get to sit down on one of their grimy tables because neither 2 of them cleaned any of the tables (unlike McDonald's who are always cleaning their tables from previous customers meal mess).
