Food was decent. Hard to hear with the old speaker and they are known for their shakes but it was down at the time I traveled there. It's been a while since I have gotten to stop by. Chicken sandwich is my go to and the cheese tots were hot and fresh and yummy.
It was my first time going there, My order was correct and my burger was AMAZING.. The girl at the window was very nice.. Her name is Anazia. Prices were awesome. Will be going back for sure...Kid-friendliness: Everyone there was friendly

I’m really sad because the food at burger 81 is great but the workers are just plain rude. I haven’t been in months because of our last experience with them. Decided to go again today and told the girl thank you.. she looked me dead in the eyes and shut the window. I’m not one to complain about any food place but they just ruin my mood aha and it’s EVERY TIME.
