Our experience was amazing! Had a party of 12 for my sisters birthday. Atmosphere is amazing we loved the theme of Alice in wonderland we hear renovations are coming soon and sure hope it stays as is with the Mad Hatter theme that was out sole reason for choosing this place! Our server "Bow Tie" was nothing short of amazing himself. He is definitely meant to do the job he does and it shows he loves what he does. Will definitely be returning!
So I was super excited to go to this place. Overall it was nice. Small and personal. However I'm a bit upset that it didn't live up to the hype. It's was kind of dingy in there and the service was mediocre. I thought it would have been a lot different felt pieced together to me. Could be because of covid and the lack of people eating out. They served the tea as store-bought tea bags and brought them to your table to briefly look at and decide, rather than having a tea menu and serving pots of loose-leaf tea. The tea was served in a way no better than I would do at home, and the experience was not worth the money. Hopefully this is only due to staffing shortages and will change of additional people are hired.
