You customer are something else, first off rather you want to deal with the reality or not ...we are unfortunately under staff as we constantly informed customers of that. Most of you are not concern about that, which is fine...but with that being said... something come up a little short at times. That coffee goes as quick as we put in n it take 5 minutes to make. This Panera can never stick to a scheduled pickup. Poorly managed and the manger (woman with dreads) was horrible. She completely ignored me when I asked about my order. You will be wasting your time if you decide to go to this location.

Shout out to Joe at Panera at Woodward Corner! My wife and I unexpectedly had to go to the hospital so my wife could be induced and he totally calmed me down as I was getting our last meal before the birth of our first child.Thanks Joe!
