“Food was great but service left something to be desired. The guy just did not look like he wanted to be there AT ALL. Did his job...but at it's minimal. Just makes it so much nicer when folks act like they actually care about their job “
“My kids and I stopped in for some coffee after being at the museum. Tim Hortons is their favorite coffee stop. I have to admit they do have good coffee. I'm a fan of the flavored stuff, they willingly mixed their caramel and mocha together for me. It was a home run. We didn't get any pastries or other food because we had already eaten. But all those things sure looked tempting! I don't like bitter coffee, their beans have a rich, full-bodied taste. I've been to Starbucks a couple of times, but the price or the coffee itself, just doesn't do it for me. However, I could easily become a Tim Horton's fan. ☕☕☕☕☕☕“
“Went in on a Thursday to see if I could place an order for 2 dozen of one kind of donut, and 1 dozen of assorted to be picked up that Saturday. The employees were great and said they could do it as long as I paid in advance, which I did. Came to pick them up Saturday and they were boxed and ready for me! And as always, delicious. Used them for my daughter's birthday party!“
“10/10. Best Tim Horton’s in Clinton Township. Loveeeeeee my Timmy’s fam. Been going here for years and I always get my coffee the same way. Without fail, it’s made correctly. Not only that, but the people are always amazing to interact with. I’m reading all of these other comments & I must say….people, you are going to a fast food restaurant. I get exactly what I want every time and am treated with respect, because I give it to them. If you want fine dining and a luxury coffee, you’re going to have to pay for it. Starbucks is right up the road.“
“Great Experience! Very friendly! The manager, at the time, was very helpful when my daughter had me order the wrong sandwich, and he switched it without hesitation! He also seemed to genuinely care! He could have been a worker as well, but the reason I say manager is because he aporoached me knowing I had the a problem because I was just in the drive-through. He also solved it quickly without needed another person's authority to do so. Thank you for your kindness!“
“As many times as I've been here it's hard to believe I haven't written a thing. I suppose since everything's been status quo. Today, Rachel went above and beyond in both personality and in customer care. I felt compelled to buy a box of 20 Timbits along with my large double-double. All I can think of is she could tell the box was underweight because she pulled it back and said there's a problem. They'd given her a box that was six short. It's a donut hole. How heavy could six be? She was right and I was righted. Thanks, Rachel! 10/22“
